UTC: Urgent Transformation Crisis

I’d been wanting to explain the deal with Katsuko’s bears for a while. I could really spend a whole page on the details, but we get all of the essentials here.

Toho broke Katsuko’s control watch on page CCXXXIII. I already had the premise of this story in mind while drawing that page, so I used those action moments to set up the situation of the malfunctioning bear. (Which is partly why the panel count on that page ended up so high.)
